Ingredients

2 c. WaterWarm

2 t. Salt

4 T. Sugar

2 T. Vegetable Oil

1-1/2 T. Active Dry Yeast

2 T. Wheat Gluten

2 c. Flour
Directions
Mix together in bread mixer. Don’t let the gluten touch the water when adding. Add 2-1/2 – 3 c. more flour. Let rise 1/2 to 1 hour. Roll out and cut with little glass. Put on oiled pan and let rise 1/2 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Note: For wheat bread, use half wheat flour and half white flour, 1 T. gluten, and honey instead of sugar.
