2 1⁄2 t. Cinnamon
6 Eggs
1 t. Ginger
1 1⁄2 c. Sugar
1 t. Nutmeg

Mix well and pour into 2 pie shells. Bake 45-50 minutes at 425°. (Note: 4 1⁄2 t. pumpkin pie spice can be used instead of the spices.)
