2 lbs Sausage Breakfast or Pork Sausage. Cooked.
24 Eggs Scrambled
1 Onion
2 cans Mild Peppers
1 can Jalapeno Peppers
to taste Salt
to taste Pepper
36 Flour Tortillas

Mix all ingredients together except tortilla shells.  Warm shells and fill with mixture, roll. Add shredded cheese if desired.
