Ingredients

1/2 lb. Sharp Cheddar

8 oz. Cream Cheese

1/4 lb. Blue Cheeseor 1/8 lb. for milder flavor

1/4 c. Butter

1 t. Garlic Salt

2/3 c. NutsChopped (optional)
Directions
Grate cheeses and let them and the butter set out all day to soften. Blend ingredients with a mixer. Chill for 3 hours. Shape into balls. Sprinkle nuts on wax paper and roll cheese balls into it. This can be frozen. Note: Nuts can be added directly in to the cheese before the ball is formed.
