14 oz. pkg. (about 50) Caramels

1/3 c. Evaporated Milk

1 German Chocolate Cake Mix

3⁄4 cube ButterMelted

1/3 c. Evaporated Milk

1 c. NutsChopped

6 oz. ChocolateChips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour 9×13 pan. Cook first two ingredients over low heat, stirring occasionally until caramels are melted. Keep warm. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl, except chocolate chips and nuts. By hand, stir until dough hold together. Press 1⁄2 of the dough into the pan. Bake at 350° for 6 minutes. Spread caramel mixture over all. Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts over baked crust. Spread caramel mixture over all. Crumble reserved dough over caramel. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Cool completely. Cut into squares.
