Ingredients

1 1⁄2 cubes Butter
2 1⁄2 cubes Butter
3 Eggs
4/1-2 c. Flour
1 1⁄2 t. Baking Powder
2 c. Sugar
2 t. Lemon Extract
2 t. Almond Extract
3 c. Applesauce

Mix all ingredients except applesauce together to form soft ball. Spread in 17 1⁄2 x 11 1⁄2 inch pan using 3⁄4 of the dough. Pat down with fingers. Spread applesauce over top. Can use more if desired. Add 1⁄2 c. flour to remaining dough. Mix will and crumble on top of cake then sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until light brown.
