1/3 c. ApplesauceOptional

4 c. Flour

1 t. Baking Soda

1 t. Baking Powder

1⁄2 t. Salt

1 scant c. NutsChopped
Directions
Cream Crisco and sugars together. Add eggs. Add sour cream, vanilla, and applesauce. Mix well. Sift flour, soda, baking powder, and salt and add to first mixture. Add nuts. drop by teaspoon on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 370° for 13 minutes. Yields 5 dozen cookies.
