Directions
Heat stirring constantly until thick. Cool Beat egg whites and add 2 T. sugar. Whip whipping cream until stiff. Add boiled mixture, egg whites, and cream, and fold together. Place waxed paper in trays, leaving paper above edges. Cover bottom with graham crumbs. Add mixture and cover with crumbs. Freeze for at least 2 hours.
