1 box (16 oz.) Mochiko
3 c. Sugar
2 c. Milk
5 Eggs
3 t. Baking Powder
1 block Butter Melted
1 can (12 oz.) Coconut Milk
1 c. Coconut Grated
1 t. Vanilla

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Pour into well greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350-375° for 1 hour. Top should be well browned. Test for doneness. Cool. Cut. Enjoy and think of me–LeAnn.
