Ingredients

1 T. Vegetable Oil
3⁄4 lb. Pork Cut into strips
2 pkgs. Ramen Noodles (Pork Flavor)
1 1⁄2 c. Water
1 med. Red Peppers Cut into 1⁄2-inch pieces
1 c. Broccoli Flowerets
4 med. Green Onion Sliced
1 T. Fresh Parsley Chopped
1 T. Soy Sauce

Heat oil in 12” skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add pork; stir-fry about 5 minutes or until pork is no longer pink. Gently break apart noodles. Stir noodles, seasonings from flavor packets, water, peppers, broccoli, onions, parsley and soy sauce into pork. Heat to boiling. Boil 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are completely softened. 4 servings.
