3⁄4 lb. PorkCut into strips

2 pkgs. Ramen Noodles (Pork Flavor)

1 1⁄2 c. Water

1 med. Red PeppersCut into 1⁄2-inch pieces

1 c. BroccoliFlowerets

4 med. Green OnionSliced

1 T. Fresh ParsleyChopped

1 T. Soy Sauce
Directions
Heat oil in 12” skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add pork; stir-fry about 5 minutes or until pork is no longer pink. Gently break apart noodles. Stir noodles, seasonings from flavor packets, water, peppers, broccoli, onions, parsley and soy sauce into pork. Heat to boiling. Boil 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are completely softened. 4 servings.
