Name: Fruit Cake
Ingredients: Dates: 1 c.; 7-Up: 1 c.; Baking Soda: 1 t.; Butter: 2 T.; Flour: 1 1⁄2 c.; Salt: 1/8 t.; Sugar: 1 c.; Eggs: 1; Vanilla: 1 t.; Nuts: 1⁄2 c.; Fruit: 1 c.

Ingredients

1 c. Dates
Pitted. Chopped.
1 c. 7-Up
1 t. Baking Soda
2 T. Butter
1 1⁄2 c. Flour
1/8 t. Salt
1 c. Sugar
1 Eggs
1 t. Vanilla
1⁄2 c. Nuts
1 c. Fruit
Chopped

Directions

Combine dates and 7-Up in saucepan. Heat to boiling, stir well. Add next 7 ingredients, beat well. Stir in fruits and nuts, and spoon in paper cups for cupcakes. Bake at 325° for 20-25 minutes.
