2 lb. ZucchiniCut up

1 c. Sour Cream

1 (8 oz.) pkg. Ranch Dressing Mix

1⁄2 c. ButterMelted
Directions
In pan, combine zucchini and onion and cook in water for 5 minutes; drain. Combine soup,
sour cream and stir in carrots. Fold in zucchini and onions. Combine dressing mix and butter.
Spread half of the dressing mixture in bottom of dripper or casserole dish. Spoon vegetable
mixture on top. Spread remaining dressing on top. Bake at 350° got 25-30 minutes or until hot
clear through. Makes 6 large servings.
