1/3 c. Water
2/3 c. Light Corn Syrup

  • 1 1⁄2 envelope Unflavored Gelatin
  • 1/3 c. Water
  • 2/3 c. Light Corn Syrup

Combine sugar, gelatin, and water and bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Add corn syrup slowly and beat with mixer until it forms peaks. Spoon into floured molds.
