1 Eggs
1 T. Active Dry Yeast
2 T. Sugar
1 T. Vegetable Oil
1 t. Salt
1/4 t. Baking Soda
1-1/2 t. Baking Powder
1-1/2 c. Buttermilk

Warm buttermilk and add yeast. Let stand until dissolved. Add oil and eggs. Sift dry ingredients together and add. Knead. Let raise 1 hour. Roll out to inch thick and cut into small pieces. Drop into hot oil.
