Step OneBlend and pat into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 325° for 10 minutes or until lightly brown. Cool. |

Step TwoBlend cream cheese and sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over crust. |

Step ThreeMix pudding and milk and stir fast. Immediately pour over other layer. Let set. Spread Cool Whip on top. You can sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired. Let chill 3-4 hours. *Alice uses 2 (3 oz.) pkg Pistachio pudding and 3 c. milk |
