Ingredients

Pudding
2 c. Sugar
1⁄2 c. Margarine
2 Eggs
2 c. Flour
4 c. Apples Grated. Unpeeled.
2 t. Baking Soda
2 t. Cinnamon
1⁄2 t. Salt
1 c. Nuts Optional
Sauce
1 c. Butter Not margarine.
1 c. Sugar
1 c. Cream
2 t. Vanilla
1 dash Nutmeg Not too much.

Pudding

Cream together sugar, margarine, and eggs. Add remaining ingredients. Bake in 9x13 casserole dish for 40 minutes at 350°.

Stir and watch carefully - Do not boil. Serve over hot Raw Apple Pudding.
