4 c. WaterWarm

3-4 T. Active Dry Yeast

1 T. Sugar

10-12 c. Flour

1 T. Salt

Mayonnaise

OnionMinced

CheeseGrated

Oregano

Directions
Mix water and yeast. Let stand 5-8 minutes. Beat in 5 cups flour and salt. Beat with electric mixer until bubbly. add 5-7 cups more flour (1 cup at a time). You will have a very light dough. Put in bowl and let raise 30 minutes. Punch down. Put on greased cookie sheet. Roll out or push out to about ¼ inch thick. Down the center third of dough, put a thin coat of mayonnaise. Sprinkle with minced onions. On top of that, put prated cheese. Sprinkle oregano over cheese and dribble cooking oil over that.
Take sides and fold over top and seal seam. Then turn upside down so seam is on bottom. Slice part way about for times across top so steam can escape. Brush with egg white and water. Bake immediately at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
