1 envelope Unflavored Gelatin

1⁄2 c. WaterCold

1 c. Sugar

1⁄2 c. Milk

1⁄2 pint Cream

1 t. Vanilla

2 EggsBeaten whites

1 c. Graham CrackersRolled

3 T. Brown Sugar

3 T. ButterMelted

Directions
Dissolve gelatin in cold water. In top of double boiler, mix together egg yolks, sugar, and milk. Cook for 15 minutes. Add gelatin and stir until dissolved. Place in refrigerator until thick. Whip cream. add vanilla and fold in egg whites and gelatin mixture. Mix with fork until blended. Mix crackers, brown sugar, and melted butter. Press into sides and bottom of 9×13 pan. Save out a little to sprinkle on top. Place layer of fruit (bananas, drained pineapple or fruit cocktail) over crumb mixture. Add cream-gelatin mixture. Sprinkle top with crumbs. Chill 2 hours.
