Ingredients

1 c. Butter or Margarine

2 c. Sugar

1⁄2 c. Light Corn Syrup

1 t. Vanilla

Food Coloring

1⁄2 t. Baking Soda
Directions
Pop 1 1⁄4 c. popcorn and set aside (6-7 quart; 3 microwave bags)
In saucepan, put butter, sugar, corn syrup, vanilla and food coloring. Once butter is melted and sugar is dissolved, cook 3 more minutes on medium heat. Take off stove and add baking soda. Stir until evenly colored, light and foamy. Add popcorn and stir until coated evenly. Use buttered cookie sheet to mix and cool coated popcorn.
