3 oz. Cream Cheese
Softened
1 c. Sugar
1 Eggs
Yolk
1 t. Orange
Grated rind
2 1⁄2 c. Sifted Flour
1⁄2 t. Salt
1⁄4 t. Cinnamon
1 t. Vanilla

Directions

Combine shortening, cream cheese, and sugar. Blend well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Put through cookie press. Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes. Remove from sheet at once to cooling rack.
