2 t. Cinnamon
2 t. Baking Powder
dash Salt
4 Eggs
1 c. Vegetable Oil
3 c. Grated Carrots
1-1/2 c. Nuts Chopped
1/2 c. Water
1 c. Raisins
1 t. Baking Soda

Sift dry ingredients together, add eggs, oil,water, carrots, raisins, and nuts. Bake at 325 degrees until done, about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Ice with Cream Cheese Icing  or Orance Cream Cheese Icing.
