1 c. Cranberry Juice

1 c. Strawberriesfresh or frozen

8 oz. Vanilla Yogurt

2/3 c. Oatmealuncooked

1 c. Ice Cubes

to taste Sugar
Directions
Place all ingredients except ice in blender. Cover, blend on high speed about 2 minutes or until smooth. Gradually add ice; blend on high speed an additional minute or until smooth. Serve immediately.
Can substitute 2/3 c. hot oat bran cereal. Variation: Banana Orange Shake. Substitute 1 c, orange juice for cranberry juice and 1 medium banana for strawberries.
