Ingredients

Step One
¾ cube Butter
3 heaping T. Flour
½ t. Nutmeg
2 t. Salt
¾ t. Pepper
1 qt. Milk
Step Two
½ Onion
1 T. Olive Oil
1 ½ lb. Ground Beef Fat
6 (8 oz.) cans Tomato Sauce
¾ t. Sage
1 ½ t. Salt
1 t. Sugar
Step Three
6 oz. pkg. Lasagna

Step One

Melt butter in a pan. Add dry ingredients. Stir in milk. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 5 minutes.

Brown onions and hamburger in olive oil. Add other ingredients.

Step Three

Drop noodles in salted boiling water and boil for only 2 minutes. Take out of water and put flat in a pan of cold water.

Layer in a 9" x 13" pan.

Greasiest part of the tomato mixture (cover ¼ inch on the bottom.)

End with Tomato Sauce

Top with Parmesan Cheese. Bake 375° for 40 minutes.
