Ingredients

1 to 1 ½ lb. Ground Pork

½ t. Salt

¼ t. Garlic Salt

3 T. Flour

1 can Jalapeno PeppersDiced

1 can Green ChiliesDiced

1 small can Canned Tomatoes

3 T. Onion

¼ t. CuminGround

1 c. Water
Directions
In large skillet, combine pork, salt, and garlic salt until meat is thoroughly cooked. Add flour and let brown a little. Add jalapeno and green chilies, tomatoes, onions, and cumin. Add water to consistency of light gravy. Allow to cook at medium heat for ½ hour.
Note: You may cook this in a crock pot, but leave out the water.
