1 can Canned Tomatoes
2 lg. Onion Cut into rings
4 Pork Chops

Cook peppers and onions in oil about 10 minutes.  Remove.  Add chops to remaining fat and brown both sides.  Pour off fat and add onions, peppers, and tomatoes.  bring to boil then simmer for 50-60 minutes.
