PastryMix flour and butter like pie crust. Add cottage cheese. Mix by hand. Form into small balls (smaller than golf balls). Freeze or refrigerate over night, take out 1⁄2 hour before using. Put in powdered sugar. Roll pastry out and add filling (see recipe below). Bake at 425° for 8-10 minutes. |
