Ingredients

2 T. Butter
1⁄2 c. Green Onion Sliced
13⁄4 c. Water
1 pkg. Ramen Noodles (Chicken Flavor)
1 pkg. (16 oz) Frozen Mixed Vegetables
1 c. Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
1 t. Mustard
1⁄2 c. Milk
1 T. Flour
to taste Salt
to taste Pepper
Pastry for 9-inch Single Crust Pie
1 Eggs Yolks
1 T. Water

Heat oven to 425°. In large saucepan, melt butter and cook green onions over medium heat 3 minutes or until tender. Ad 1 3⁄4 cup water and bring to boil. Stir in noodles and chicken flavor packet and vegetables, then continue boiling over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 7 minutes or until noodles are almost tender. Stir in cheese, mustard and milk blended with flour. cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, 2 minutes or until thickened. Add salt and pepper. turn into greased 1-quart round casserole, then top with pastry. Press pastry around edge of casserole to seal; trim excess pastry, then flute edges. Brush with egg yolk beaten with 1 T. water. With tip of knife, make small slits in pastry. Bake 12 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
