  • 1⁄2 c. Water
    Hot
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 2 T. Butter
  • 2 c. Powdered Milk
    Instant

Combine water and sugar and heat until dissolved. Add butter. Put in blender and add dry milk gradually, blending until smooth. Makes the equivalent of 1 (14 oz.) can.
