Directions
Spoon small amount of melted chocolate in mold, brush this up the sides to form the chocolate shell. Repeat if needed as shell should be thick enough that light will not show through. Set up till chocolate is dull, then fill:
Filling:
1 1⁄2 c. peanut butter
1 stick butter
1 t. vanilla
1 lb. powdered sugar
Blend well, pinch off small amount and put into chocolate shell leaving a head space, then seal with chocolate and set in freezer for about 5 minutes.
