Prepare scone and slice into halves. Spoon prepared taco meat (onions, green chilies, taco seasoning, cumin, garlic) into center and cover with chili. Top with shredded cheese. Serve with shredded lettuce topped with sour cream, diced to tomatoes, guacamole, sliced black olives. Serve with salsa.
