Step OneBeat eggs, add remaining ingredients and beat well until smooth. Add about 3 T. batter to hot pan and tilt pan until smooth and set. Makes 14 crepes. |

Step TwoPut on 12 crepes. |

Step ThreeSpread on ham slices. Roll crepes up. Put in casserole with seam side down. Sprinkle each crepe with a c. bread crumbs and melted butter. Bake 15-20 minutes. |
