2 T. Butter or Margarine

1 ZucchiniSmall, cut into small slices

1 can Campbell's cheddar cheese soup

1 can Cream of potato soup

1 soup can Milk

1 soup can Water

1 ½ cups ChickenCooked. Chopped.

1 TomatoesSeeded and chopped
Directions
In 3- qt. saucepan over medium heat, in hot margarine, cook zucchini, carrots, celery, garlic,and oregano 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Add soups, milk and water; stir until smooth. Stir in chicken and tomato. Cover; heat through stirring occasionally. Makes about 7 ½ cups.
