1 c. Ham, Chicken or PorkFinely diced

3 MushroomsFinely sliced

1 qt. RiceCold, cooked

5-6 Green OnionFinely chopped

1 Green PepperSmall

1 EggsWell beaten

a little Soy Sauce
Directions
Fry 1 c. finely diced ham, chicken, or pork lightly in 2 T. hot oil. Add 3 finely sliced mushrooms, 1 qt. cold cooked rice, 5-6 finely chopped green onions, and 1 small green pepper. Fry over low heat for 10 minutes. Add 1 well beaten egg. Cook and stir 5 minutes more. Add a little soy sauce for darker color.
