6 squares (6 oz.) ChocolateSemi-sweet

1⁄4 c. Cream

1 t. Vanilla

1 dash Salt

4 EggsYolks. Slightly beaten.

4 EggsWhites

1⁄4 c. Sugar
Directions
Melt chocolate over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and blend in cream, vanilla, and salt. Gradually add to egg yolk, beating with wire whip until thick and creamy. Beat egg whites. Gradually adding sugar, until stiff. Gently fold into chocolate mixture. Chill 2 hours. Makes 4 cups.
