2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
2 cups Chicken Cooked, cubed
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cream Cheese
1⁄2 c. Margarine
4 Green Onion Sliced
1 small can Mushrooms Drain/chop
1⁄2 c. Instant Potato Granules

Blend the above ingredients together. Using scone or bread dough, roll out to thickness of Parker House rolls. Cut dough into 4×4 inch pieces. Place 1 T. of above mixture on each dough piece. Fold over dough and pinch edges together. Melt 1 cube butter or margarine in sauce pan and dip or brush the roll-ups with it. Place roll-ups in Pam sprayed pan, seam side down, sprinkle roll with bread crumbs or unsalted cracker meal. Let rise at room temperature until double in size. Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until brown. Combine cream of chicken soup with milk or make a chicken gravy to serve over the rolls.
