1 lb. Ground Beef

1⁄2 c. Cottage CheeseSmall curd

1⁄4 c. Grated Parmesan Cheese

2 c. Mozzarella CheeseShredded

1 t. OreganoDried

1⁄2 t. Basil

6 oz. Tomato paste

1 c. Milk

2 Eggs

2/3 c. Bisquick

1⁄2 t. Salt

1⁄4 t. Pepper
Directions
Heat oven to 400°. Grease 10” pie plate or 8x8x2 square baking dish. Cook beef over medium heat, until brown; drain. Layer cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese in pie plate. Mix beef, 1 cup mozzarella, oregano, basil, and tomato paste; spoon evenly over top of cottage cheese mixture. Stir milk, eggs, Bisquick, salt and pepper with fork until blended. Pour over meat. Bake 30-35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and bake 1-2 minutes longer until cheese is melted. Cool 5 minutes. Serves 6-8.
