2/3 c. Sugar

2/3 c. Evaporated Milk

2 EggsYolks

1/3 c. Shortening

1/2 t. Vanilla

1-1/3 c. Coconut

1 c. PecansChopped
Directions
In a saucepan, combine sugar, evaporated milk, egg yolks, and shortening. Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat. Add vanilla, coconut, and pecans. Beat until thick. Cool 15 minutes. Spread only between layers and on top of cake. Yummy on German Chocolate Cake.
