	Eggs
	Cheddar Cheese Shredded
	Green Chilies Diced. Mild.
	Salsa Rancheros Mild
	Green Onion Chopped

Huevos Rancheros

Ingredients

Flour Tortillas
Or corn. Small or Medium.
Refried Beans
Eggs
Cheddar Cheese
Shredded
Green Chilies
Diced. Mild.
Salsa Rancheros
Mild
Green Onion
Chopped

Directions

Heat tortilla until warmed, place on plate. Spread refried beans over tortilla. Fry egg sunny-side up (One or two depending on appetite). Place over refried beans. Place generous portion of diced chili over egg, add shredded cheese then Salsa Rancheros. Place in 350 degree-oven and bake until cheese melts. Garnish with green onions and serve.
