1 t. Baking Soda

1 t. Baking Powder

1 c. Banana Pulp

1/2 c. Nuts

1 c. Sour Milk

3 Eggs

1/2 c. Shortening
Directions
Cream shortening with sugar, beaten egg yolks, and banana pulp. Beat well and add nuts. Fold in dry ingredients with sour milk. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake in moderate oven in layer or loaf tins for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees for layers, or 1 hour for loaf.
