	3 Bananas Diced
	1 c. Pineapple Crushed and drained

	1 ½ T. Flour
	½ c. Sugar
	Pineapple Juice From crushed pineapple
	1 c. Whipping Cream Whipped

Lemon Jell-O Salad

Ingredients

Step One
2 small pkg. Lemon Jell-O
¾ c. Water
Boiling
3 c. 7-Up
Cold
2 c. Marshmallows
Small
3 Bananas
Diced
1 c. Pineapple
Crushed and drained
Step Two
1 Eggs
Beaten
1 ½ T. Flour
½ c. Sugar
Pineapple Juice
From crushed pineapple
1 c. Whipping Cream
Whipped

Directions

Dissolve Jell-O in water, add cold 7-Up and other step one ingredients. Cover and set.

Heat pineapple juice. Mix sugar and flour and add to pineapple juice. Add beaten egg. Cook until thick. Cool, then add whipping cream. Spread on top of Jell-O. Top with grated cheese.
