• 2 T Lemon Juice
• 1/2 t. Salt
• 1/4 t. Ground Ginger
• 1/8 t. Pepper
• 4 drops Tabasco Sauce
• 2 c. Chicken

  cooked and chopped
• 1/4 c. Sliced Green Onion

  Sliced
• 2 Eggs

  Hard Boiled, Chopped
