2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup

1 cube Butter

1/2 pt. Sour Cream

1 c. CheeseGrated

1/3 c. OnionChopped
Directions
Boil or cook in microwave 7 medium potatoes in skins. Cook until done, but still firm. Cool.
Grate in large bowl.
Heat in sauce pan:
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cube butter
½ pt. sour cream
Mix above mixture with:
1 c. grated cheese
a c. chopped onions
Mix with potatoes. Pour mixture into 9×13 pan. Top with grated cheese and crushed
cornflake crumbs. Bake at 350° for 1 hour
