Ingredients

1⁄2 c. Shortening
1⁄2 c. Sugar
1⁄2 c. Brown Sugar
1 Eggs
1 c. Zucchini Grated
2 c. Sifted Flour
1 t. Baking Soda
1 t. Cinnamon
1⁄2 t. Nutmeg
1⁄2 t. Cloves
1⁄4 t. Salt
1 c. Raisins
1⁄2 c. Nuts

Cream shortening and sugars. Add beaten egg and zucchini. Sift dry ingredients together. Add to creamed mixture. Stir in raisins and nuts. Drop by spoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325° for 8-10 minutes until lightly browned. Makes 8 doz.
