Sour Cream Enchiladas

Brown 1 lb. hamburger and 1 med. onion, season with salt, pepper, and chili powder. Add refried beans if desired. Soften tortillas in oil, fill with mixture and roll. Heat together 2 cans undiluted cream of chicken soup, 1 1⁄2 cans Ortega diced chilies, and 1 pt. sour cream. Pour a of the mixture in a long casserole. Place tortillas, seam side down in pan. Pour rest of sour cream mixture over top. Cover with 1⁄2 lb. grated cheese. Bake at 350° for 20-30 minutes until heated through.
