Ingredients

1 Onion Chopped
1 lb. Shrimp Chopped half of them and coat the other half with flour
1 can Beef Broth
1 Vegetable Bouillon
1 t. Parsley
Pepper
1⁄2 c. Rice
1 T. Oil
1⁄2 c. Parmesan Cheese

Saute onions in oil, add chopped shrimp. Add small amount of broth, bouillon cube, and flour coated shrimp. Alternate. Add rice and cook until rice is done. Add more broth as it cooks. Add parsley, pepper, and oil before serving.
