Ingredients

2 boxes Frozen Spinachthawed and drained

1/4 c. Green OnionChopped

1 c. Water Chestnutsdrained and chopped fine

1 can Crabmeator bay shrimp (drained)

2 pkg. Ranch Dressing Mix

2 c. Mayonnaise

16 oz. Sour Creamor Cream Cheese

1/2 c. Bacon Bitscan use up to 1 c.

1 pkg. Flour Tortillas
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a medium size bowl except the tortillas. Chill mixture for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Remove tortillas form package. Cut about 1/3 off from both sides. (Do no cut all around.) Spread mixture onto tortillas evenly, roll and chill until firm – approximately 2 hours. Cut into bite size pieces and serve. Note: Mixture can also be used as a dip or sandwich spread. More bacon bits can be used if you don’t use crabmeat.
