Ingredients

2 boxes Frozen Spinach thawed and drained
1/4 c. Green Onion Chopped
1 c. Water Chestnuts drained and chopped fine
1 can Crabmeat or bay shrimp (drained)
2 pkg. Ranch Dressing Mix
2 c. Mayonnaise
16 oz. Sour Cream or Cream Cheese
1/2 c. Bacon Bits can use up to 1 c.
1 pkg. Flour Tortillas

Mix all ingredients in a medium size bowl except the tortillas. Chill mixture for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Remove tortillas form package. Cut about 1/3 off from both sides. (Do no cut all around.) Spread mixture onto tortillas evenly, roll and chill until firm  – approximately 2 hours. Cut into bite size pieces and serve.  Note: Mixture can also be used as a dip or sandwich spread. More bacon bits can be used if you don’t use crabmeat.
