3 c. Pinto Beans
2 t. Cumin Seeds
¾ bag Chinese Parsley
1 t. Parsley Flakes
3 stalks Celery Cut small
2 Carrots Sliced
2 Potato Diced
Salt
Pepper
8 c. Water
1 ½ cans Tomato Sauce

Simmer ham hocks and beans in water 1 ½ hours. Cut up ham hocks. Add spices and tomato sauce, simmer ½ hour. Add vegetables and cook until done.
