2 - 1 lb. cans Canned TomatoesItalian tomatoes. Broken.

1 (6 oz.) can Tomato paste

1 (6 oz.) can Water

2 T. Fresh ParsleyChopped

1 T. Salt

1 T. Sugar

1 t. Oregano
-
1 t. Basil

¼ t. Pepper

2 (16 oz.) containers Ricotta Cheese

1 c. Mozzarella CheeseGrated

1/3 c. Parmesan CheeseGrated

2 EggsBeaten

1 T. Fresh ParsleyChopped

1 t. Salt

1 c. Mozzarella CheeseGrated
Directions
Prepare lasagna according to package directions. Drain. In a large skillet, heat oil, cook onion and garlic until tender. Add next 9 ingredients, simmer 20 minutes. Blend ricotta, 1 c.Mozzarella, Parmesan, eggs, parsley and salt. Spread cheese equally on lasagna strips. Roll up each strip. Pour ½ of the sauce in bottom of lasagna pan; arrange lasagna rolls seam side down in the pan; top with remaining sauce and Mozzarella cheese. Cover and bake at 350° for 40 minutes. 6 to 8 servings.
