4 c. Flour
1 lb. Butter
1 1⁄2 c. Cottage Cheese Small curd
Filling
1 (8 oz.) Cream Cheese
1⁄2 c. Sugar
1 t. Vanilla
1 Eggs

Pastry

Mix flour and butter like pie crust. Add cottage cheese. Mix by hand. Form into small balls (smaller than golf balls). Freeze or refrigerate over night, take out 1⁄2 hour before using. Put in powdered sugar. Roll pastry out and add filling (see recipe below). Bake at 425° for 8-10 minutes.

Mix with mixer and add 1⁄2 t. or so to the pastry.
