Raspberry Poppy Seed Vinaigrette
1/4 c. plus 2 T. Red Wine Vinegar
1/2 c. plus 2 T. Splenda Or sugar.
1 t. Salt
1 t. Ground Mustard
1 c. Raspberries Fresh or thawed
1 c. Oil
2 t. Poppy Seeds
Turkey Cranberry and Sunflower Salad
3 c. Spring Mix Salad
1/2 c. Turkey Cooked and shredded
2 T. Sunflower Seeds
1/4 c. Dried Cranberries
1/8 c. Red Onion Chopped
1/8 c. Mozzarella Cheese Shredded

Make the Dressing

In a blender/food processor, combine the red wine vinegar, Splenda, salt, ground mustard, and raspberries. Blend until smooth. Add in the oil slowly while pulsing the mixture until well combined. Stir in the poppy seeds.

Bring it all Together

Toss together all of the salad ingredients. Drizzle with dressing.
